Audience and Experience (UX) Data Analyst

(Multiple states)
Full Time
Mid Level

Power the data behind every athlete, fan, and coach experience.

What You’ll Do

As the Data Analyst for the Audience & Experience (A&E) team, you will be the primary data partner for A&E, shaping how we measure success. In this role, you’ll design KPIs, build dashboards, and maintain reliable data pipelines while serving as the go-to subject matter authority for Audience & Experience analytics. You’ll translate complex data into clear insights that inform product decisions, validate user experience initiatives, and consistently connect outcomes to revenue, partnering across teams to ensure the company’s highest-priority initiatives are grounded in strong, actionable evidence.

This role is ideal for someone who gets energized by complex problems, loves turning messy data into clarity, and takes pride in building systems that actually change our products. If you enjoy being the trusted data voice in the room, spotting patterns others miss, and seeing your insights directly shape products, experiences, and revenue outcomes, you’ll thrive here.
