Shipping & Logistics Specialists (Contractor)
Plan smarter. Ship faster. Keep 400+ events running flawlessly.
What You’ll Do
Prep Network is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Contractor to support the logistics behind 400+ premier sports events across the country. This position will assist with managing shipping processes, coordinating inventory, and executing warehouse operations to ensure event equipment and materials are packed and delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
The contractor will be responsible for helping forecast inventory needs and coordinating outbound shipments for events nationwide. This role also includes hands-on warehouse work such as organizing inventory, packing event kits, preparing shipments, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation.
The ideal contractor is someone who can both execute and plan, someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the warehouse at our Minnesota Headquarters location while also thinking strategically about logistics, cost management, and operational efficiency. Someone who has ~40 hours per week to get us through the tournament season (current through potentially July, if needed).
Success in this role means ensuring every event has the materials it needs, delivered reliably and cost-effectively.
