Prep Dig is launching a structured Creator & Host Program to elevate how our events are covered and experienced in real time across social media.
We are seeking creators and hosts to capture and produce high-quality, fast-turnaround content directly from our live events, helping bring player performances, storylines, and key moments to life across digital platforms.
About Dig
Prep Dig is a national volleyball media and event platform dedicated to covering girls volleyball across the United States. We provide in-depth player coverage, rankings, scouting reports, and live event content that highlights athletes and programs at every level of the game. Through our events, digital storytelling, and nationwide network, Prep Dig is focused on growing the game and creating opportunities for athletes to be seen, evaluated, and celebrated.
Role Responsibilities:
- Capture photo and video content on-site at Prep Dig events
- Create real-time, social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Conduct on-camera interviews with players, coaches, and event participants
- Appear on camera as needed for coverage, hosting, and storytelling segments
- Execute assigned coverage roles within a structured event content plan
- Collaborate with event staff and fellow creators to ensure full event coverage
- Highlight players, teams, and standout moments throughout the event experience
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of social media storytelling and short-form content
- Comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in video content
- Comfortable interviewing athletes in live event environments
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-energy settings
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive on event days
- Experience in sports media, content creation, or event coverage preferred
Required Equipment:
- Must own and use an iPhone capable of high-quality video capture (primary device for content creation)
Program Structure:
- Contract-based role (per-event opportunities)
- Defined responsibilities and a structured coverage system
- Access to a repeatable creator playbook for events
- Opportunities to grow within the Prep Dig creator network
Location Requirement:
Applicants must currently reside in one of the following states:
Iowa, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Florida, Texas, Oregon, Nebraska, Illinois, Kansas or Michigan.
This program is designed to standardize and scale how we tell the story of Prep Dig events — in real time, through the voices of creators on the ground.
